It shall be unlawful for any person to trespass
upon any portion of the Poestenkill Gorge Park in the City of Troy,
which has been marked with no-trespass signs.
Any person who violates any provision of this
article shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $250 or to imprisonment
not exceeding 15days, or both.
