This chapter shall be known and may be cited
as the "Property Maintenance Law of the Town of Walworth."
A clean, wholesome, attractive environment is
hereby declared to be of importance to the health and safety of the
inhabitants of the Town of Walworth. The accumulation of brush, grass,
rubbish or weeds; old, abandoned, unusable and inoperable motor vehicles,
farm vehicles, machinery and equipment and other discarded material;
the growth of noxious weeds and shrubs is a hazard to the health,
safety and welfare of the residents of the Town of Walworth necessitating
the regulation, restraint and elimination thereof.
