The Town Superintendent of Highways shall install
and maintain traffic control devices when and as required under the
provisions of this chapter and shall install and maintain such additional
traffic control devices as he/she may deem necessary to regulate,
warn or guide traffic under the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State
of New York, subject to the provisions of §§ 1682 and
1684 of that law.
Traffic control signals shall be installed,
maintained and operated as follows:
A. A pretimed traffic control signal at the intersection
of County Road No. 441 with Walworth-Palmyra Road and Walworth-Ontario
Road consisting of the following:
(1) A three-section, four-face signal head.
(2) Sequence of operation: fully automatic traffic control
signal.

No vehicle shall be parked on any Town roadway,
including cul-de-sacs, hammerhead turnarounds (any T- or L-shaped
dead-end street) or any other area designated for vehicular traffic
during the period beginning November 1 each year and ending April
1 of the next succeeding year, unless otherwise posted.

Any vehicle that is parked or abandoned within
the Town of Walworth on a Town roadway during a snowstorm, fire, windstorm
or other extreme public emergency, which affects that portion of the
Town roadway upon which said vehicle is parked or abandoned, may be
removed by or under the direction of any law enforcement officer on
his or her own determination or upon the request of the Town Highway
Superintendent or his or her deputy.

A violation of this chapter shall subject the
violator to a penalty as provided for in the Vehicle and Traffic Law
of the State of New York for traffic infractions, as well as the removal
of the vehicle and cost of towing and storage to redeem said vehicle.
