the Village of West Carthage or of the County of Jefferson.
The Assessor of the Village of West Carthage may be a resident of the
Village of West Carthage or of the County of Jefferson.
The Village Justice and Acting Village Justice of the Village of West
Carthage may be a resident of the Village of West Carthage or of the County
of Jefferson.
The Village Historian of the Village of West Carthage may be a resident
of the Village of West Carthage or of the County of Jefferson.
The Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics of the Village of West Carthage
may be a resident of the Village of West Carthage or of the County of Jefferson.
The Police Chief of the Village of West Carthage may be a resident of
