A sewer district shall be established in the Town of Westfield, Chautauqua
County, New York, as described in order of the State Comptroller, to be designated
as "Westfield Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 of the Town Westfield" and
to be of the following description and boundaries.[1]

A.
The Town Clerk of the Town of Westfield is hereby authorized
and directed to cause a certified copy of this article to be duly recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of Chautauqua County, in which the Town of Westfield
is located, within 10 days after the adoption of this article.
B.
The Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file
a certified copy of this article in the Office of the State Department of
Audit and Control, Albany, New York within 10 days after the adoption of this
article.
