Each Supervisor of the Township of Kilbuck, elected or appointed to office on or after November 5, 1985, shall receive compensation for attending duly advertised general or special public meetings of the Board of Supervisors and for attending to all of the other duties of a Supervisor of the Township of Kilbuck an amount of $1,500 per year.
No Supervisor shall receive annual compensation under this article in excess of the annual statutory limit set forth in Section 606 of the Second Class Township Code, as amended,[2] for Supervisors of Townships within the appropriate population category.

Absences from a meeting will not negate in any way or affect such Supervisor's compensation.
Such compensation shall be paid quarterly.

Township Supervisors of Kilbuck Township shall not be paid any salary or compensation for the performance of any job or duties on behalf of the Township, except that each may receive the compensation permitted to be paid to Township Supervisors by virtue of the authority set forth in 53 P.S. § 65606, entitled "Compensation of supervisors," and 53 P.S. § 65803, entitled "Secretary's compensation."
