A. 
The Kilbuck Township Township Planning Commission, to be composed of five members, appointed pursuant to the Municipalities Planning Code, is hereby created in and for Kilbuck Township. The Planning Commission shall perform all duties and exercise all powers as provided for in the Municipalities Planning Code.
B. 
The Planning Commission previously created shall continue in operation with members' terms to continue, in accordance with the Municipalities Planning Code, if such terms can be determined from written Township records and members are available to fill such terms. In the absence of written Township records confirming such and/or members available to fill terms, the members of the Commission and their terms shall be fixed by resolution of the Township Board of Supervisors, with four-year terms to be assigned in accordance with the Municipalities Planning Code and with no more than two members to be reappointed or replaced in any one future calendar year. The Planning Commission and its members shall be subject to all applicable requirements of the Municipalities Planning Code.
