Borough of Oaklyn, NJ Article II Oaklyn Redevelopment Plan [1]

§ 37-5 Adoption of plan.

The redevelopment plan recommended by the Planning Board of the Borough of Oaklyn, and approved by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Oaklyn, is hereby adopted as the redevelopment plan of the Borough of Oaklyn for the areas identified above and depicted in the map and plan adopted hereby and incorporated herein pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-7.[1]

[1] Editor's Note: Pursuant to Ord. No. 15-01, said areas are described as Block 54, Lot 2, commonly referred to as 712 White Horse Pike, and Block 61, Lot 8, commonly referred to as 1104 White Horse Pike. Said map is on file in the Borough offices.
