Traffic control signals shall be installed and
operated at the intersections described in Schedule XIX, attached
to and made a part of this chapter.
The traffic signal installations shall be in
accordance with the provisions of an act concerning motor vehicles
and traffic regulations, Subtitle 17 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes,
shall conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation,
as authorized by the Department of Transportation.
