The Chief of the Goodwill Fire Company be and
is hereby designated to establish fire zone areas within the Borough
of Pemberton, both on public and private property.
The parking of any vehicle in such zone is hereby
prohibited.
The fire zones so established shall be designated
on an appropriate map to be filed with the Chief of Police and Borough
Clerk.
Appropriate signs shall be erected to designate
the area which shall bear appropriate notice to the public, and where
curbing is present, such curbing shall be painted yellow.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any
provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a
fine not exceeding $1,250, a term of imprisonment not exceeding 90
days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any
combination thereof.
