All parks, playgrounds and other recreational
facilities in the Township of Pennsauken that are not artificially
lit shall be closed to the public from 1/2 hour after sunset until
1/2 hour before sunrise.
No person without specific authorization shall
enter upon any park, playground or other recreational facility from
1/2 hour after sunset until 1/2 hour before sunrise.
The closing time for artificially lit parks
shall be 9:00 p.m.
No person without specific authorization shall
enter upon any park, playground or other recreational facility with
artificial lighting after 9:00 p.m.
Anyone convicted of a violation of this article
shall be subject, upon conviction, to one or more of the following:
a fine not exceeding $1,250 or imprisonment in the county jail for
a term not exceeding 90 days, or a period of community service not
exceeding 90 days, in the discretion of the Municipal Court Judge.
