No person or persons shall hinder, disturb, obstruct or in any way interfere with the proper flow of water in, over, under, above or along any sewer, drain or gutter in said Township of Pennsauken by the placing of any article or thing therein or by any other act tending to hinder, disturb, obstruct or in any way interfere with said flow of water in, over, under, above or along such sewer, drain or gutter in said Township of Pennsauken.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to one or more of the following: a fine not exceeding $1,250 or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days, or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, in the discretion of the Municipal Court Judge.
