The provisions of this article imposing a time
limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe
other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the
stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A.
39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.

A. No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I (§
299-29) attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B. No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any lands, premises
or property owned or leased by the Township of Pennsauken where such
parking prohibition has been posted.
C. No person shall park a vehicle at any time within any marked or designated
fire lane, as defined by the New Jersey Uniform Fire Code, established
by the Fire Marshal under the authority of the New Jersey Uniform
Fire Code, or the municipal ordinances of the Township of Pennsauken,
County of Camden and State of New Jersey.
D. No person shall park a vehicle at any time within, or block access to, any fire station safety zone described in Schedule IA (§
299-29.1) attached to and made part of this chapter.
E. No person shall park a vehicle or place any obstructions within five
feet in all directions of any private fire hydrant or Fire Department
connection to a fire sprinkler system or a fire standpipe system.
F. The curbs abutting each fire lane, fire station safety zones, and
the ground within five feet of any fire hydrant or Fire Department
connection shall be marked and maintained by painting them yellow
and erecting "No Parking Fire Zone" signs in accordance with the New
Jersey Uniform Fire Code.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule II (§
299-30) of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule II attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule III (§
299-31) of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or part of streets described in said Schedule III attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule IV (§
299-32) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule IV of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV attached to and made a part of this chapter.

Angle parking shall be permitted on the streets or parts of streets designated in Schedule IVA (§
299-32.1) attached to and made a part of this chapter.

A. The Police Department of the Township of Pennsauken and the Pennsauken-Collingswood Fire Prevention & Inspection Bureau shall have concurrent jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of §
299-5C,
D,
E and
F of this article and the issuance of summons to persons who violate any of those provisions. The Police Department of the Township of Pennsauken shall have jurisdiction to enforce all other provisions of this article.
B. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a fine of not more than $50 for a first offense or a fine of $100 for any subsequent offense(s), or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both, and removal of the vehicle in accordance with Chapter
299, Article
XII, of the Code of the Township of Pennsauken.
