A written request having been filed with the
Township of Pennsauken by Cooper River Plaza Apartments, pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1, to make applicable Subtitle 1, Title 39, of the
Revised Statutes of New Jersey to certain private roads and parking
areas of Cooper River Plaza Apartments, the Township of Pennsauken
does herewith declare that the same shall be effective and applicable
to said roadways and parking areas as herein provided.
Whenever any words and phrases are used in this
article, the meanings respectively ascribed to them in Subtitle 1
of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey shall be deemed
to apply to such words and phrases herein.
Maps of Cooper River Plaza Apartments (East
Building and South Building) filed in the office of the Clerk of the
Township are herewith approved and incorporated herewith.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon
any of the following described roads or areas of said Cooper River
Plaza Apartments:
A. East Building.
(1) On either side of the front or entrance roads, extending
from the entrance driveway on the south side of the building to the
entrance driveway on the north side of the building.
(2) On either side of the road bordering the north side
of the building.
(3) At the rear of the building, along the boiler room
and in the area immediately north thereof and extending to projecting
curved concrete curbing.
B. South Building.
(1) On either side of the curved front or entrance roads.
(2) On or along the south side of the entrance road on
the north side of the building, from the street entrance to a point
20 feet west of the concrete walk at the rear of the building.
(3) At the rear of the building, extending from the boiler
room to the entrance road on the north side of the building for a
depth of approximately 20 feet west of the concrete walk at the rear
of the building.
The provisions of this article shall not relieve
any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions
as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138 or any other provision of said New
Jersey Revised Statutes.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided
by the New Jersey statutes, every person convicted of a violation
of a provision of this article or any supplement thereof shall be
liable to a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not
exceeding 15 days, or both.
