As used in this chapter, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
ALARM
Any signal or message to which a response is initiated, which
signal or message was directly or indirectly caused or produced by
a private alarm system.
A sign indicating the name and street number
of every commercial establishment shall be installed on a rear door
to alert emergency management officials of the business location.
The lettering and numerals shall be florescent and a minimum of three
inches high. These signs shall be posted at a height of five set from
the doorsill.

Alarm fees shall be paid within 10 calendar
days after the mailing of notice. The failure to pay the alarm fees
within 10 calendar days after mailing shall be a violation of this
chapter. An individual violating this chapter shall be subject to
a penalty to be enforced in the Municipal Court of a fine not to exceed
$500 which shall be paid in addition to the fire alarm fee.
