Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. 126,
General Provisions, Board of Health, which consisted of Art. I, Adoption
of Code by Board of Health, adopted 12-13-1978.
All functions of the Township Board of Health have been transferred
to the Warren County Board of Health as of January 1, 2023.
