The creation of a Conservation Design Ordinance Committee is hereby
established, whose purpose it shall be to review the current Conservation
Design Ordinance and make suggestions towards proper changes that will benefit
the Township by facilitating open space preservation in the design process
for new subdivisions.
The Conservation Design Ordinance Committee shall serve in an advisory
capacity specific to the Woolwich Township Planning Board and Township Committee,
in conjunction with the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission.
Conservation Design Ordinance Committee meetings shall be conducted
at least once per month, on a schedule to be determined by the Township. Meetings
will be held in the Municipal Building and may be subject to cancellation
due to the lack of an agenda or to the lack of a quorum. All meetings shall
be open to the public and advertised under the Open Public Meetings Act, except
where otherwise provided by law.
