The Select Board is hereby authorized, after
a duly called public hearing, to adopt rules and regulations for the
public safety of persons using Town-owned bicycle paths and is further
empowered to impose a penalty not exceeding $50 for violations of
any such rules and regulations, all under the authority of the Home
Rules Procedure Act.
