It is unlawful for any person to ride or operate, or cause to be operated,
a skateboard on the public street, public alleys, or public entranceways to
the same, public sidewalks and public rights-of-way within the Town; or within
the municipal playgrounds and parks of the Town, unless otherwise specifically
designated.
