The R-2 Zone is intended to provide a single-family residential living environment that more closely resembles the density of a traditional Town while still maintaining a suburban environment. The R-2 Zone also provides a transition area between the traditional Town and R-1 development. Other types of development are not permitted so that a strong business economy may be encouraged in the Village Center and other appropriate designated areas.
