An appeal to the Land Use Board may be taken by any interested party affected by any decision of any municipal official charged with the enforcement of Chapter 290, Zoning, or the Official Map. Such appeal shall be taken within 20 days by filing a notice of appeal in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of the Municipal Land Use Law of 1975 (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-69 et seq.).

An appeal from any decision of the Land Use Board granting a use variance pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70d may be taken to the governing body, provided that such appeal shall be made within 10 days of the date of publication of such final decision of the Land Use Board.
