The Borough of Monroeville shall hereafter be a HOME RULE CHARTER
MUNICIPALITY under the name of "Monroeville." As used in this Charter,
the word, "Municipality" shall mean the Municipality of Monroeville
in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
The boundaries of the Municipality shall be the actual boundaries
of the Borough of Monroeville at the time this charter takes effect
and as they may be lawfully changed thereafter.
