The Board of Appeals shall consist of three residents of the
Municipality, each of whom shall have at least 10 years' experience
in the fields of building construction, plumbing and or civil engineering,
as determined by Municipal Council. The initial members of the Board
of Appeals shall be appointed to serve a one-year term; a two-year
term; and a three-year term, respectively. Following the appointment
of the initial members to the Board of Appeals, all members appointed
to the Board of Appeals shall serve terms of three years, and shall
be subject to the rules and regulations pertaining to appointments
to boards and commissions set forth in the Municipality's Home Rule
Charter.
