The Board of Supervisors of Montgomery Township enacts and ordains the
following procedures in accordance with the requirements of Act 141 of the
Liquor Code relating to an application for intermunicipal transfers and economic
development liquor licenses.
The Township shall hold a public hearing in conformity with Act 141
and at the public hearing a court reporter shall be present to make a transcript
of the hearing.
There shall be a fee accompanying the application to be set by resolution
of the Board of Supervisors of Montgomery Township as it may pass it from
time to time.
The Township shall have the right to post the property upon which the
liquor license is sought but shall not be required to do so.
Violation of this article shall be punishable by a fine of not more
than $600 for each count or, in default of payment thereof, imprisonment in
the county jail for a term not exceeding 30 days, provided that each violation
of any provision of this article shall constitute a separate count.
