Fee is calculated using construction costs:
Where the fee is calculated using construction costs, each fraction
of construction costs over the base unit shall be counted as a full
additional base unit.

Inspections, re-inspections, return for unprepared
inspections: All inspections require a minimum of 48 hours' notice,
with the exception of sewer and water tie-ins, which require a minimum
of 24 hours' notice. In addition to the established fees, should the
Code Official have to re-inspect due to Code violations or no-shows,
the applicant shall pay the additional fee of $75 for each re-inspection.

Working without a permit: Should work for which
a permit is required be started prior to obtaining said permit, the
established fees shall be doubled. Payment of such doubled fees shall
not relieve any person or corporation from complying with the requirements
of the Township Code in the execution of the work or from any other
penalties prescribed therein.
