On completion of construction, all new facilities
shall be tested in the presence of the Borough representative.
On completion of construction, three copies
of as-built drawings and two sets of reproducible as-built drawings
shall be submitted to the Borough. These drawings shall indicate final
grades and locations of all improvements, including but not limited
to sewer mains and laterals.
On completion of satisfactory testing, the Borough
Engineer will certify that construction is complete in accordance
with the approved plans and specifications.
At such time as the Authority accepts the sanitary
sewer, the developer shall deed all sanitary sewer mains and other
facilities to the Authority. The dedication of the facilities shall
be by deed of dedication acceptable to the Borough and Authority solicitors.
These facilities shall become a part of the sewer system at such time
as the Authority accepts the dedication of the facilities. The cost
of preparation and recording of deeds shall be paid by the developer.
In the event any portion of the facilities proposed for dedication
should lie on private property, an easement agreement, transferable
to the Authority, must accompany said proposal. The minimum easement
width shall be 20 feet.
