Borough of Pen Argyl, PA Article III Harding Avenue

§ A115-3 Description.

The portion of Harding Avenue shown on the Official Map of the Borough of Pen Argyl, between Plainfield Avenue and Reservoir Avenue, and which portion of Harding Avenue is more particularly hereinafter described, is hereby opened and the hereinafter-described portion of Harding Avenue is ordained to be a portion of the street system of the Borough of Pen Argyl, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.

All that forty-foot-wide street having its center line described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the northerly right-of-way line of Plainfield Avenue, said point being located south 76° 00' 00", west 20 feet from the northeast intersection of said Plainfield Avenue and Harding Avenue; thence along the center line of said Harding Avenue, north 14° 00' 00", west 300 feet to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of Reservoir Avenue.
