Those portions of streets in the Borough of Pen Argyl as hereinafter
described are hereby named Myrtle Street, Bocci Club Road and Hazen Avenue
and are hereby opened and ordained to be portions of the street system of
the Borough of Pen Argyl, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.

Myrtle Street

Beginning at a point in the easterly right-of-way line of C Street,
said point being south 14° 15' 00", east 104 feet from the southeast corner
of the intersection of George Street and C Street; thence North 76° 00'
00", east 720.82 feet to a point; thence south 16° 48' 07", east 28.03
feet to a point; thence south 76° 00' 00", west 722.08 feet to a point
in the easterly right-of-way line of said C Street; thence along the easterly
right-of-way line of said C Street, north 14° 15' 00", west 28 feet to
the place of beginning.

Beginning at a point in the center line of Plainfield Township Road
Number 666, known as Bocci Club Road, said point also being in the common
boundary line of the Township of Plainfield and the Borough of Pen Argyl;
thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 280 feet, an arc length
of 100 feet and a chord bearing and distance of south 08° 21' 07", east
99.45 feet to a point of tangent; thence south 18° 35' 00", east 389.27
feet to a point of curve; thence along a curve to the left having a radius
of 110 feet, an arc length of 40 feet and a chord bearing and distance of
south 29° 00' 02", east 39.78 feet to a point in the common boundary line
of the Township of Plainfield and the Borough of Pen Argyl.

the southeast corner of the intersection of Hazen Avenue and Laurel Avenue;
thence along the southerly right-of-way line of said Laurel Avenue, south
76° 00' 00", west 50 feet to the place of beginning.
