A. It shall be unlawful and no person shall operate any vehicle other
than a passenger car on Willowbrook Road between State Route 201 and
Vernon Drive, except where necessary in order to pick up or deliver
any goods, wares, merchandise or material from or to any premises
located on any such street or portion of a street.
B. Any person who violates Subsection
A of this section shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction before a District Judge, pay a fine of not less than $300 nor more than $1,000.

(a)
It shall be unlawful, and no person shall operate a large truck
on the following Township roads:
[1] Westbound on Finley Road and exit or turn north or south onto (SR0201)
Pennsylvania Route 201.
[2] Finley Road from the intersection of SR 3011 to the eastbound side
of Finley Road Bridge over Cedar Creek.
[3] Johnson Avenue between Broad Avenue and Tyrol Boulevard.

(a)
Large trucks shall be permitted to travel on the following streets
to make local deliveries and pickups to business establishments and
adhering the following restrictions:
[1] Large trucks, school buses and garbage trucks on that portion of
Finley Road between Rehoboth Road and the Tri County Plaza or Kmart
Plaza, provided that any and all large trucks exiting onto Finlev
Road after making a local delivery shall proceed east on Finley Road
toward Interstate 70 and enter Interstate 70 at Exit 44 (the Arnold
City exit).
[2] Large trucks, school buses and garbage trucks shall be permitted
to travel on Finley Road between SR 3011 and the eastbound side of
the Finley Road Bridge over Cedar Creek to make local deliveries and
pickups.
B. Definitions. As used in this section, the term "large truck" shall
mean any vehicle tri-axle truck and/or semi-tractor trailer truck
by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn
upon a highway.

C. Any person who violates Subsection
A(1) of this section shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction before a District Judge, pay a fine of $1,000 and punishable by imprisonment of up to 90 days.
