Whenever a space shall be marked off on any
street for the parking of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked
there shall be parked wholly within the lines bounding that space
and it shall be a violation of this article for any person to park
a vehicle otherwise.

No person shall park a vehicle or allow a vehicle to remain parked, at any time, in any location along any street in the Township listed as a prohibited zone in Schedule II-A (§
187-45), which is incorporated by reference into and made a part of this section.
In the locations listed in Schedule II-B (§
187-46), which is incorporated by reference into and made a part of this section, parking shall be prohibited at all times on the days and between the hours indicated in that schedule.
In the locations listed in Schedule II-C (§
187-47), which is incorporated by reference into and made a part of this section, no person shall park a vehicle or allow it to remain parked, for longer than the time indicated, at any time on the days and between the hours stated for the location.
Special purpose parking zones are established in the locations listed in Schedule II-D (§
187-48), which is incorporated by reference into and made a part of this section, and it shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle or to allow a vehicle to remain parked in any such zone except as specifically provided in that schedule for that zone.

Any person who violates any provision of this Article
III shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $15 and costs.

The police officers of the Township, under direction
of the Board of Commissioners or the Chief of Police, shall have authority
to place an official parking ticket in a visible place on any vehicle
parked on any street or other location in the Township in violation
of any provision of this article or of any provision in the Vehicle
Code relating to parking. The police officer issuing the ticket shall
indicate on it:
A. The identifying numbers and/or letters on the registration
plate on the vehicle, and the name of the state or province that issued
the plate.
B. The location where the violation took place.
C. The date and hour when the violation was observed
and the ticket issued.
D. The specific nature and description of the parking
violation that was observed.
E. Any other facts, the nature of which is necessary
or helpful for arriving at a thorough understanding of the circumstances
attending the violation.
