A real estate registry is hereby established, and, under the direction
of the Council, said registry shall be kept by an authorized person designated
by Council.

All owners of rented dwelling units and commercial establishments in
the borough shall furnish to the Borough of Trafford, through its directors
of said registry, the names and addresses of each tenant and, upon the change
of the tenancy in said building, shall notify the keeper of said registry
of said change and the names and addresses of the new occupants therein, all
of which is to be done within 30 days of the change in tenancy.

Any person or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter,
if convicted thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100
nor more than $1,000, together with costs of prosecution, for each violation.
Each violation shall be subject to the same fine as herein set forth.
