§ 17-37 Authorization to enter agreement.

The appropriate officers of the Borough of New Hope are hereby authorized to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with Solebury Township to provide New Hope residents with recreational activities at the Township’s park and recreation facilities on the same basis as such activities are provided by the Township to its own residents. A true and correct copy of the intergovernmental agreement, which is adopted hereby, is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.[1]
