Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed
former Appendix Part IV, Police Pension Trust Fund, adopted as follows:
Art. I, Police Pension, Death and Disability Fund, 10-27-1953 by Ord.
No. 486, as amended; Art. II, Trust Fund, 10-27-1953 by Ord. No. 487,
as amended; Art. III, 5-14-1957 by Ord. No. 590, as amended.
The Plan is to be effective as of January 1,
1995.
Said Plan is adopted by reference with the same
effect as if it had been set out verbatim in this section.
The proper officers of the Township of Springfield
be and the same are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
Plan as hereby approved.
The Plan may be amended by the Board of Commissioners
from time to time as may be required by ordinance of the Board.[1]
