A.
Pursuant to Village Law § 20-2002, the Board of Trustees may hereinafter adopt, by resolution, provisions which regulate parking and traffic within the Village in addition to those provisions contained herein in Chapter 206 and/or which have the effect of modifying or amending the provisions contained herein in Chapter 206.
B.
Provisions adopted pursuant to the above subsection
may be either for a fixed (i.e., temporary) period of time or for
a nonfixed period of time.
C.
The Village Clerk shall cause all changes or additions
enacted by resolution to be incorporated promptly into the Village
Code, and, if not, all changes or additions effectuated by resolution
shall be incorporated into the Village Code by means of a local law
adopted at least biannually.
