As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
The residue from the burning of wood, coal or other combustible materials.
Waste foodstuffs or table wastes of animal or vegetable origin.
Major appliances, furniture, furnishings, auto parts and other waste not conforming to the size limitations set forth in § 188-2 of this article.
Any ashes, garbage, refuse, rubbish and trash within the size limitations prescribed in § 188-2 of this article.
Newspapers, cardboard, aluminum, food and beverage containers, plastic containers (No. 1 or No. 2), and glass.
Garden, lawn or tree trimmings and leaves.
The waste material from normal household living conditions, but not including waste materials from building construction or repairs. "Rubbish" includes such items as paper, rags, bottles, tin cans, plastic containers and similar materials.
Worn-out, broken-up or worthless things.
All of the above.
