The elected Tax Collector is hereby authorized
to charge and collect a per-parcel fee of $10 for the preparation
of tax certification.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
A statement prepared and certified by the elected Tax Collector
indicating the payment or nonpayment, date of payment, due date and
amount of payment of the Township road tax and school tax for the
year of the request and for the two years immediately preceding the
year of the request.
The elected Tax Collector shall collect the
fee and remit the same to Chartiers Township. The elected Tax Collector
shall make a monthly report to Chartiers Township listing all tax
certifications issued and the fee collected. Within 10 days of the
receipt of this report, Chartiers Township shall remit those fees
to the elected Tax Collector.
