The County Land Use and UW Extension Committee shall appoint a County Zoning Administrator for the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. The County Land Use and UW Extension Committee may also authorize designation of Deputy Zoning Administrators to assist in the enforcement and administration of this chapter.
In administering and enforcing this chapter, the County Zoning Administrator and any deputies shall perform the following duties. They shall:
A. 
Provide necessary forms and applications for use permits.
B. 
Issue land use permits where the provisions of this chapter have been complied with.
C. 
Issue conditional use permits when authorized by the County Land Use and UW Extension Committee.
D. 
Maintain files of applications, permits, and other relevant information.

The County Zoning Administrator and duly appointed deputies shall have powers and authority including but not limited to the following:
A. 
Access to any structure or premises for the purpose of performing duties between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. by the permission of the owner or upon issuance of a special inspection warrant.
B. 
Upon reasonable cause or question as to proper compliance, to revoke any land use permit and issue cease and desist orders requiring the cessation of any building, moving, alteration or use which is in violation of the provisions of this chapter.
