Town of Bethany Beach, DE Chapter 110 Circuses, Carnivals and Exhibitions

§ 110-1 License required; fee.

Hereafter, no traveling carnival, circus or menagerie shall be allowed to exhibit within the limits of said Town without first obtaining permission from the Town Council and a license for the privilege of such exhibit, and the fee to be charged for such license or privilege and for all exhibits of a similar nature shall be as provided in the fee schedule on file in the Town Office.

§ 110-2 Violations and penalties.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, pay such fine as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate offense, punishable as such.
