This chapter may only be amended in accordance with the requirements
set forth hereinafter:
A.
Any amendment shall be effective 30 days after written
notice has been given to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Environmental
Protection together with a copy of the proposed amendment.
B.
Upon adoption of any amendment to this chapter or the
Official Non-Use Aquifer Map, notice shall be given to the public water supplier.
