City of Butler, PA Article IX Tax Duplicates

§ 235-72 Charge for tax duplicate.

A charge of $10 shall be collected by the Office of the Treasurer for each tax duplicate prepared for a taxpayer resulting from the taxpayer's inability to provide their original tax duplicate paying the tax. The charge set forth herein may be amended from time to time by a resolution of the City Council voting to amend the Fee Schedule and without the obligation to amend this article. This article shall become effective immediately.
