§ 140-12 Fee for certified copies of vital statistics records, marriage licenses, civil union licenses and domestic partnership applications.

A. The fee for certified copies of birth, marriage, civil union, domestic partnership and death certificates shall be set at $15 each.

B. The fee for a marriage license, civil union license or a domestic partnership application shall be set at $28.
