As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PUBLIC AREAS
All municipally owned public parks, public streets and roads, public parking lots, public buildings, the sewer plant, the water company facilities and all other municipally owned facilities.

The following activities shall be prohibited within the Town of Clinton in the areas described:
A. 
No person shall use any public area in the Town of Clinton for the purpose of overnight accommodations except with the express written permission of the Mayor and Council.
B. 
No person shall cook or prepare food in any public area of the Town of Clinton, except in authorized facilities for that purpose, such as permanent barbecue pits, except with the express written permission of the Mayor and Council.
C. 
No person shall perform toilet functions in any public areas of the Town of Clinton except in facilities designed for that purpose and open to the public.
D. 
Mo municipal parking areas shall be used for the servicing and/or repair of any vehicle nor for the washing, waxing, cleaning or polishing of any vehicles.
E. 
No person shall cook or prepare food, sleep, perform toilet functions or consume any alcoholic beverages in any municipal parking lot.
F. 
No municipal parking areas or municipally owned park shall be used for solicitation, private business or commercial purposes.
