The official newspaper of the Village of Monticello shall be
designated by the Village Board of Trustees, by resolution, at its
annual organizational meeting or at such other times as the Village
Board of Trustees may, in its discretion, deem appropriate. Any and
all notices and other official matters required to be published by
the Village of Monticello shall be published in its official newspaper.
