The position of Chief Financial Officer is hereby
created in the Township of Greenwich pursuant to P.L. 1988, c. 110.[1]

The Municipal Chief Financial Officer, a certified
municipal finance officer, will perform the duties of this office.
No additional budgetary allocation is required
since the duties are currently being performed by the Chief Financial
Officer and this is just a change of title.
