Failure to comply with the provisions of an
approved stormwater management plan shall result in the issuance of
an order from the Township to halt activities at any site where construction
is ongoing. Future applications for additional sections of such projects
will be denied until such time as compliance with the stormwater management
plan is achieved.
This chapter shall become effective in accordance
with law and upon the NJDEP issuing a blanket certification of the
wastewater management plan in lieu of requiring the Township to submit
individual stormwater management plans to NJDEP for approval.
