It shall be unlawful and a violation of this article for any person to operate any vehicle other than a bicycle propelled only by muscular power upon any bicycle path maintained by this Village and designated as such by appropriate signs.
Any police officer is hereby empowered to remove any such unauthorized vehicle found upon any such bicycle path or to require the operator or other person in charge of such vehicle to move the same to a garage, automobile pound or other place of safety; and the owner or other person lawfully in possession of such vehicle may be charged with the reasonable cost for the removal and storage, payable before the vehicle is released.
