No person who is the owner of or who has control over or right of possession to any poultry, including chickens, ducks, turkeys, guineas or any other fowl or animals, including cows, horses and pigs, shall permit the same to stray at large in the Township of Chesterfield, but the same shall be kept confined, at all times, upon the lands and premises owned or controlled by the persons who are the owners thereof or who are entitled to the possession thereof.

Any person who shall be guilty of violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a minimum fine of $25 and a maximum fine of $100 for each offense.
