A. 
Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 182-20), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B. 
The traffic signal installation shall be in accordance with the provisions of An Act Concerning Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulations, Subtitle I of Title 39 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated, and shall conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized by the Department of Transportation of the State of New Jersey.
A. 
The speed limit for both directions of traffic along the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule II (§ 182-21), attached to and made a part of this chapter, is hereby established at the rate of speed indicated.
B. 
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above-designated speed limits.
The intersections described in Schedule III (§ 182-22), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule IV (§ 182-23), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
No-passing zones are hereby established and shall be maintained along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 182-24), attached to and made a part of this chapter, as may be authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation in accordance with the sketch dated and numbered.

A. 
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:67-16.1, vehicles having a total combined gross weight equal to or in excess of four tons (weight of vehicle plus weight of load) or a registered vehicle weight in excess of four tons are excluded from traveling on all the municipally owned and maintained streets and roadways described in § 182-25, Schedule VI: Trucks Over Certain Weights Excluded.

B. 
Nothing in this provision shall be construed to prevent such vehicles from making deliveries of merchandise or other goods and property along the above-referenced streets; nor shall this provision be construed to prevent vehicles used by public utility companies in connection with the construction, installation, operation, or maintenance of public utility facilities and/or improvements on said streets, for said purposes; subject, nevertheless, to reasonable municipal permit requirements; nor shall it prohibit vehicles from making deliveries on said streets related to the construction of homes.

C. 
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198, regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained in order to provide notice of the four-ton weight limit restriction on the above-referenced roadways.
D. 
Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by New Jersey law, every person convicted of a violation of this provision or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $2,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
