Town of Ridgefield, CT Article VII Inland Wetlands Board

§ 19-56 Creation; powers and duties.

Pursuant to the authority granted by C.G.S. §§ 22A-36 to 22A-45, there is hereby created an Inland Wetlands Board with all of the powers and duties specified in §§ 22A-36 to 22A-45, inclusive, for the Town of Ridgefield. The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Ridgefield shall act as said Inland Wetlands Board with all the powers and duties specified in C.G.S. §§ 22A-36 to 22A-45, inclusive. This section shall take effect upon passage, June 5, 1974.
