Solid waste — See Ch. 305.
Littering shall be prohibited on any public
street, sidewalk, right-of-way, or any other public property in the
Town of Ridgefield, Connecticut.
For purposes of this chapter, the following
definitions apply:
The depositing in a public place of any cans, bottles, containers,
paper, debris, or of any other refuse.

Any person violating this chapter shall be fined
up to $99.
